Refund policy
At Be Lagree, we understand that life happens and plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy to ensure you get the most out of your class pack and to help us maintain a smooth experience for all clients.
Class Pack Expiration
All class packs are valid for 40 days from the date of purchase. We encourage you to schedule and attend your sessions within this period, as unused sessions will expire and cannot be extended.
Booking and Attendance

When you book a class, a session will be deducted from your pack at the time of booking.

If you do not attend a booked class, that session will still be marked as used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your class at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with more than 12 hours’ notice: The session will be credited back to your account.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class will be considered late cancellations, and the session will be deducted from your pack.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for a booked class and fail to cancel in advance will be marked as a no-show. The session will be deducted from your account, and no refunds or make-up classes will be provided.
Non-Transferable
Class packs are non-transferable and may only be used by the original purchaser. Sharing or transferring sessions to another individual is not permitted.
